A scaffold base plate is used at the bottom of scaffolding frames where they contact the ground. It spreads the weight of the scaffolding over a larger area and will prevent the scaffolding from sinking into the ground or digging into the floor surface. You may also attach the plate to a larger piece of wood to better distribute the weight.Due to insurance requirements, we can only allow our scaffolding components to be used with our scaffolding. We must rent out the whole scaffolding package, we cannot rent just parts of it.
